All workshops take place on Saturdays, from 12-2pm, unless otherwise stated.

5 October: Iyengar Yoga workshop with Róisín
Join Róisín for a deeper exploration of your body's alignment in this special workshop.
Based on the teachings of BKS Iyengar, this form of yoga makes use of props such as belts, bolsters, blankets, and blocks to enable anyone to adapt their yoga practice to suit their own body.
Build strength and stamina, balance and flexibility, while guarding against injury.

10 August: Fundamentals with Sinéad
Go back to basics with Sinéad. Build a strong foundation for your yoga practice by exploring the foundational poses. Mindfully explore some of the key asana in your yoga practice. Whether you want to learn some basic postures or improve your alignment, this workshop will help you to deepen your practice. Develop a deeper understanding of how our asana practice affects our bodies and minds on and off the mat.
This workshop is suitable for all levels, from absolute beginners to more experienced yogis.
6 July: Splits with Kellie
Back by popular demand! Join Kellie as she eases us into letting go with a series of deep stretches to release the quads, hamstrings, glutes, hips, and groins, bringing us safely towards Hanumanasana: the Splits!
Let go of your expectations and fears. Let go of what you think your body can't do. Let yourself be surprised by what you can do and explore where this practice will take you.
8 June: Awaken & Align your Chakras with Grace
Join Grace for the concluding part of her special series, exploring the body's energy centres, or chakras, through our yoga practice.
11 May: Hip Openers with Sinéad
Are you new to training and fitness? Or have you been in training for ages? Do you find your hips and legs get tight?
You don't have to sacrifice flexibility and mobility for strength! This hip opening workshop will help you rediscover the fluidity of movement, harmonising and balancing your body's strength and flexiblity. Incorporating hip opening into your training schedule can reduce pain and tiredness in your legs and lower back, and can also reduce the risk of injury.
6 April: Standing Balances with Sinéad
Join Sinéad to explore some fund standing balance postures. Standing Balances help us to find our inner calm, allowing the body to come to stillness. Practicing standing balances helps to improve focus and mindfulness; strengthens the core, glutes, legs, ankles, and feet; and supports good posture.

13 January: Detox Twists with Sinéad
'Wring' out the old and welcome the new! Sinéad will lead the first of our new monthly workshop offerings. Join us for a twisty start to the New Year. Suitable for all levels, this workshop is designed to help you soften into your body. Twists to rejuvenate, revitalise, and release - letting go of what no longer serves and opening us up to the potential of refreshment.
