AnnMarie first developed her interest in yoga in 2014 while living and teaching in South Korea. She found practicing yoga helped her to adjust and settle into a new lifestyle. Since then, she has continued to develop her yoga knowledge. She has a particular interest in the philosophy of yoga and how practice can create space in our bodies and mind. She completed teacher training in 2021 specializing in Ashtanga Yoga. She has also completed training in pranayama, yogic anatomy, reiki healing (level 2) and also works as a dietitian. AnnMarie's classes focus on becoming aware of how the body and mind feel through yoga.
