Veronika completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2024 and went on to deepen her practice with Yin Yoga Teacher Training, where she discovered a true passion for the stillness, softness, and inner awareness that yin yoga brings. Having come to yoga from a stressful corporate background, she understands the importance of slowing down, reconnecting with the breath, and creating space for both body and mind.
Her classes are calm, welcoming, and designed to support yogis in finding balance, ease, and greater flexibility in their own practice. Alongside her love of yoga, she is also a qualified Pilates and Reformer Pilates trainer, bringing a well-rounded understanding of mindful movement to all that she teaches.
