Yin Yoga & Journaling Workshop

Saturday 4 October, 12-2pm

🌿 Yin Yoga & Journaling: The Art of Letting Go 🌿

As the seasons shift and autumn invites the trees to release their leaves, we too are called to soften, reflect, and let go. In this 2-hour workshop, we’ll move through gentle yin yoga poses, calming breathwork, guided meditation and journaling to create space for release and renewal.

Just as nature prepares for rest before new growth, this practice will support you in shedding what no longer serves you and reconnecting with balance, stillness, and self-awareness.

No experience needed — simply bring a journal and an open heart. 🍂✨

Kundalini yoga is a form of yoga that aims to activate the Kundalini energy, or shakti, that is said to be located at the base of the spine. Kundalini yoga involves chanting, singing, breathing exercises, meditation, and kyrias (sequence of asanas, movement, and breathing exercises that, together, bring specific benefits) and repetitive poses.
The goal of Kundalini yoga is to increase your level of self-awareness and consciousness. Kundalini energy is often compared to a coiled snake that rises from the spine to the head.
